Login and logout problem?

I have a standalone PP 5.62 (I had the same problem with 5.61 and maybe previous versions??)

On some of my machines running IE7 if I am logged in as an admin and I click "logout" I get the "logging out please wait" message, which closes after a couple of seconds but I am not actually logged out - the home page still shows admin menu etc. This does not happen on all machines but I can't see any differences in the IE settings

On another machine running Firefox I have the opposite problem - I try to login and receive the "Login successful" screen but I do not actually get logged in - I remain "invisible" to the system

I've tried clearing the cookie cache but to no avail. I assume this must be some sort of browser problem but what settings should I be looking at?

I am having a similar but not as extensive problem. I can log in and out as admin using IE 6 with no problems and I have logged in using Firefox 2 without problems but I can't log out with Firefox 2.
I am running Photopost 5.31 in standalone mode.

I would suggest you check and ensure your cookies match between Photopost and the forum. Issues as this are usually a result of cookies not matching especiallly the domain name as in www.domain.com is one cookie while domain.com is another

Clear all cookies on your computer as well in all browsers
