Nothing showing up under Personal Galleries category?

Here's where we're testing:

Everything seems to be working well thus far, with the exception that when I click the Personal Galleries link, nothing shows up? No list of users to select from. Selecting an initial from the alphabet achieves nothing.

What do I need to do to have it at least provide names?

Hey, stupid questions may well show me where I've been being stupid.

I set up a personal album, and if I click the link to Personal Albums, then that album shows;
However, when I click the link to Personal Galleries (this was the default Member Galleries) then I don't get anyone's name - not mine, nor either of the two individuals testing it with me right now.

Should our usernames not show up there?

Check this out ...

Admin CP > Edit Settings > Show Gallery Options

Do you want Members Gallery to show all of a users photos?

If set to Yes, will display users/photos uploaded into any categories

If set to No it will only show users/photos specifically uploaded to Members Gallery

No problems there, if I make my way to an indididual user than I see all their photo's; the problem is, no names are showing up at all when I go to the "personal galleries" category. No usernames are showing up at all.

What version of the software. I would suggest you upgrade to 5.61 and running both the 5.5 to 5.6 and the 5.6 to 5.61 upgrades

The link to the gallery's in my first post. I only downloaded the software a week or so back, it's already 5.61

Sorry to resurrect a supposedly resolved issue, but we're having trouble with this again.

The site is now live - http://www.thescrappingnook.ca/gallery/ - and a lot more people have signed up for the forums and gallery, but only those few beta testers who were on when we did the last fix show up when you click the Personal Galleries link from the home page - http://www.thescrappingnook.ca/galle...rs.php?cat=500

None of those registered since the launch are showing up as having Personal Galleries (let alone Personal Albums) under the listing, even if searching by initial. Their images are all uploaded, they're just... not on the list.

Little help please?

You can run the scan database tool in admin to update the last photo thumbnail

Done and done; The thumbnails in the "Recent Photos" section are all up to date and good, BUT if you scroll down to see the list of personal galleries, it only has five showing - kimmiec, Tamara, trace, patticakes, Flipper.

The Personal Galleries are in the system, I can click on a member's name and get to their gallery that way, but only those five names I mentioned above are showing on the list, or accessible via the alphabetical index there.

Any ideas on how I can get the other members to show up?

And before the suggestion is made; the cookies are working fine, afaik. Members are able to flick back and forth between the site's phpbb forums and the gallery without being logged out of either.

I forgot to ask what version you where running but I suggest you redownload the build upload the files except the config files and rerun upgrade.php. Select the 5.5 and 5.6 upgrades. You can then also rerun the tool.

I'm on 5.6.1, should not the upgrades already "be in effect", so to speak?
