Unique Issue - Permissions

Server information: vBulletin 3.6.3, PhotoPost 5.6.1, no hacks

When a user signs up on vBulletin they belong to the default group Registered.

When I upgraded vBull to 3.6.3 some not all of my Registered Users lost their permissions to see the galleries, even though they were logged in. Again it is some not all. Ok so I have tried the following things:

1. I have check the permissions in the PhotoPost Pro Admin for the Reigstered Usergroup, all of that looks fine.
2. I have logged in as an existing Registered User who is not having a problem and have a fully functional gallery.
3 I have logged in as an existing Registered User who is having the problem and sure enough I cannot see the gallery or any category.
4. So I created a brand new Registered User no problem.
5. THEN I created a brand new Registered User and merged it with a Registered User that is having the permission problem. Now I can see the galleries, but Photopost does not have any links for me to upload pictures in fact it shows the Register link but when I click it, it says I am already logged in.

This is a bit of a conundrum for me. If someone from the dev team can get a hold of me I can give you the logins for two of the test users I am using to troubleshoot.
