Turn Off Large Image Display

Is there a way, workaround or hack to turn off Large Image Display only?

I have run into a problem where the hi-res versions of the images are being swiped from the site and I want to turn off the hi-res view, or in the alternative remove the hi-res, only leaving the thumbnail and medium images.

Please advise.

why not use the Image Protection System where you can place the large images under the web root so that they can not be viewed anywhere but within the script?

You will find this under Admin area of Photopost
