My gallery just dissappeared

All that is showing is endless repeating headers when I go to my gallery URL... I can't get even into the admin control panel to turn it off as those links are not displaying.

1. How can I shut it down?
2. What should I do? re-install?

Using PHPMYADMIN or so run this your iponline table is corrupt.

REPAIR TABLE pp_iponline
