Can't get Unregistered Guests to view everything

Hi,

If you go to my gallery page and are not registered, this is what you see:

http://www.24hourforums.com/gallery/index.php

I am trying to make it so that unregistered guests can see everything, but I can't seem to do it. In ADMIN > EDIT CATEGORIES I have them checked as being able to post and view each category, In EDIT USERGROUPS I have them being able to post and upload, set for 1 on everything because I actually don't want them to be able to upload, but I have learned that they have to be able to upload and post for them to view everything?

All I want is for guests coming to the site to be able to see the categories and images and I believe I have everything checked to allow for that, yet still can't. Ideally they would NOT be able to upload and post but if that's the cost of letting them view everything, then what can I do.

Help would be appreciated, thanks in advance!

- Frank

I see everything but your cats display looks a bit weird.

Did you recently upgrade maybe you missed a step?

Your Photopost has been installed for like over 15 months so what has changed?

What integration is this? wowbb? I would of course suggest you upgrade since we are on version 5.61

The wowbb guest group is group 1 you have permissions set for guests to view the cats?

Hi Chuck,

Over 15 months? I haven't even had my site for 15 months. I have had Photoshop for like 3 months or so. I just paid for and had your software intalled a few months ago by you. My join date under my avatar says September because shortly after I had it installed for you I had some questions and started posting. I have no idea why you said 15 months.

I don't know what you mean what kind of integration - when I bought it I paid for installation and it integrates with my wowbb forum just fine.

I just triple checked and in ADMIN, under EDIT USEGROUPS, I have ALL my groups able to upload and post comments.

I just tripled check and in ADMIN, under EDIT CATEGORIES, I have ALL of my usergroups checked for being able to do EVERYTHING. Even banned.

I don't know what else to do to get unregistered guests to see the cats. Here is the link to my gallery again:

http://www.24hourforums.com/gallery/index.php

I just want visting guests to be able to see everything. I want everyone to be able to see everything. I don't know what I am missing.

Nothng has changed - this is just the first time I have decided to let everyone see everything and previously I didn't care if the unregistered guests couldn't see. Now I do, but I can't get them to see everything.

On a sidenote, I have your Classifieds too. That works great. I don't have to have usergroups even be able to use/create ads, all I had to do was edit the categories to say that unregistered guests could see them. All I had to do was check the groups in the CATS under Admin. This does not seem to be working in the Gallery.

So, doing the same thing in Classifieds, or even less so, WORKS GREAT in my Classifieds. Anyone can see them. Here is a link:

Hi Chuck, I am not sure why my previous posts are not telling you this. Is there a setting somewhere I don't know about? Othewise, my answer is the same, which is I believe YES because, like I said:

Your previous posts mentioned classifieds is working but did not clearly answer my question if you explicitly set the viewing permissions under edit categories as I had asked which is why I asked again

Your issues to me does not look like permissions at all your categories are not showing to me on any script.

You can send me ftp and admin login info if you want cause I would need to see this site to say anything.

Just refreshed and checked everything, still can't get unregistered guests to see everything. All cats have all usergroups checked for everything. All usergroups can upload and post.

That is not an error though Thats a feature

You have set in the photopost admin options for registration that members need to be registered to view images
