Upgrade 4.7 > 5.61 - Blank Screen after Selecting 4.7 Upgrade

I trying to upgrade from 4.7 to 5.61. This is my first attempt. After running upgrade.php and selecting 4.7 from the choices, I'm getting a blank screen. Any ideas?

I double checked the file and directory permissions...

HMM not really I just ran an upgrade yesterday from an older version and it worked try reuploading the upgrade file to ensure its not corrupt

I tried uploading upgrade.php again. Still did not work.

Tried replacing config file with old config. Still nothing...

You should never replace your config file as the upgrade documentation suggests

Your server error logs have any suggestions? I see no parse errors in the file. You can also ensure your using the latest code by redownloading the build

Okay, I'm going to try again from scratch.

1. I'm going to copy the entire 4.7 version files from a backup.
2. I'm going to upload the latest verion build (5.61) on top of the existing 4.7 files.

Which version of the config file needs to be in the home dir, 4.7 or 5.61?

I will then try running update.php again...

OK, after checking server logs... said I was missing config-int.php. I uploaded it and was able to begin upgrade.

Experienced the following error at 4.8:

ALTER TABLE pp_photos DROP INDEX approved failed with error: Can't DROP 'approved'; check that column/key exists

Okay, I gave it the old college try, but I just don't have time to fool with this...
