yes i know, i accepted the fact that i need to upgrade, but i personally think the upgrade costs to much for such a short period of time, but its your product and your hard work and you can choose to price it however you want.
I really did need the original files that I payed for, because i ended up editing them on my own computer but I was told I need to upgrade or buy a new lisence in order to get the files i originaly payed for just because i made a mistake to edit the originals. Thats the only thing that really bothers me, I should have access to what I payed for, all the original files, be able to login the members area and download them if I need at any time, just like vbulletin. Im not here to talk bad, but since you asked what I expected, well this is one thing I expected.
Anyways thanks for your prompt reply.

I agree with you that vBulletin has a nice system allowing you to download the last version you had access to; but that is something they wrote and implemented for themselves and isn't something easily implemented.

Would it be to much trouble to ask if your support can email me the version i originally payed for and all the files as a zip the way i got it when I first downloaded it, I would greatly appreciate having all the original files i once had to correct some mods i made that messed up my original files?
email zwoonoo@aol.com
version bought: 5.3
You can delete this thread , I understand its out of topic.
p.s. I do plan to upgrade, but Im waiting for more features and a new version to be released.

if i were to buy to upgrade, and want to only upgrade certain things, such as the calender (because i modified some things and dont want to override my mods) would this be possible? and also, would all the other months and days contain all the photos added those days be available since i didnt have this on my site before?
thanks

It's not something I would recommend; the changes are significant to allow for AJAX support. It's not something we could support or instruct you on how to do.

ok then if i were to run the entire upgrade, the second part of my question, would that be working? such as, past calenders, for example november, since i did not run the upgrade yet, if i run it now, the calender feature, it would show november and the days with links and the pictures added each day of novemeber?
thanks

Yes, it would pick up previous months postings.
