Watermark on the fly or permanent not working

Hey guys, I've searched and read all the other post but I can't get my watermark to work. I tried on the fly and permanent watermark and can't get any to work.
When I use on the fly I get a red x . I also tried to apply the watermark to one of my albums and it didn't work.

Here is what I have setup.
Enable on-the-fly image protection -> Yes
When using on-the-fly image generation, do you want to overlay the watermark image? -> Yes
Watermark Options:
Enable watermarking of photos with overlay image? -> No

Here is the png image.

Are you placing the full server path to the watermark image in watermark options not url. Also to use on the fly watermarking gd2 must be installed on your server , Is it?

I dont know how your doing the file but whatever your creating it in the GD2 on your server crashes. Are you able to upload a png image to your server lets go that route see if it isnt an issue with your gd2 and png support

Hey Chuck I tried a new png file but get the same results, I had to use the forum dir. because it kept saying access not granted for the gallery folder.
I guess my pics aren't good enough. Do you have one I could try?

OK I got it to work with a larger image, the other question is I'm trying to re-possition the watermark and it's stuck in the center. What file do I need to edit to get this to work?
Thanks

I just tried that Chuck but I got red x's on all the pics. When I copy and paste the code it was all funny looking in the file.

I think your copying and pasting incorrect the code is how it is suppose to be. I told Michael about this one again so maybe it is in the download I have not checked but redownload and see.
