Disable Category Uploads...

I unchecked

"These checked usergroups can upload to this category,
unless a usergroup's overall upload access is disabled."

and if i click upload photos at the top i can still upload to the categories ?

Am i doing something wrong ? what im trying to do is hide the categories on the upload photos list so users only upload to the main default album
