How do I feature an image?

I don't know how to feature a photo. When I look at a photo using an admin account I don't see any option to feature an image. Is there a feature mod that I have to install?

Also, if i'm using vbadvanced and I want recent, featured, and popular/highest rated in 3 different blocks then do I have to make three copies of inc-feature file?

There is no feature an image mod but there is a mod to display photos on your vb forum
