Okay, I just uploaded 10 photos on the test account, the largest was a little over 2 mb, about 4 or 5 were about 1 mb and at least 3 were under a mb including the last attempted one which was only 400+ KB

after photo 9 I had about 200KB left in my space limit, I chose to upload a 400KB file which resulted in this message

You are allowed a maximum of 10485760 bytes of diskspace. If you would like to upload more images, please delete some of your older images and/or optimize your images using lower quality jpg settings before uploading.

Okay no big deal, I go to the upload screen to check the disk space status and see this:

Disk space allowed on your account: 10,240kb (10,485,760 bytes)
Disk space used on your account: 10,484kb (10735944 bytes)
Disk space remaining for your account: 176kb (179714 bytes)

Images in your queue: 1

So that last file is counting towards my file space even when it didnt get added, and it shows as being in the queue. Here is the link to the file that is sitting in the uploads dir.

Ok so now I go and delete the 2 MB Photo to free up space. I have plenty of space for that file in the queue now. I go to uploads page. I check the little box beside the text

"Skip upload and process the files already in your upload directory"

Click submit and nothing happens, it takes me to my gallery and shows the same 8 photos I had before. So a user cant clear their queue? That file is stuck there taking up space and the only one that can do anything is the Admin it seems like.

well I will do testing on my end but seems to me your file is not being deleted on your server where the script is telling it too. There is an unlink command here which deletes the file

Thats in bulkupload which is what you said the file being shown the overlimit error message was not deleted. I was simply showing we issue the php unlink command which deletes the file so thats why I need to do some testing cause that file should be deleted.
