You may discuss code modifications outside the product support in THE MOD CORNER

Chuck i don't agree with your answer that this is a code modifications outside the product.
I see a lot of questions about this issue.
I also have the problem that 6 or 7 thumbnails are to much in showphoto.
A lot of photo's are smaller than the 6 thumbnails on the row near the photo.
Before the Ajax function was build in there where no problems with this function.
I think this is a little bug what needs a solution.
Ofcourse it is possible to turn off the function in the adminstration menu.
I have done this and i see on this forum that a lot of people also have done this but as i wrote that's no solution.

i dont mean to be a pest about this, but i think its ridiculous that this is not a built in configurable function....

@ aberg - what shoul di turn off and what will it affect?
turning off ajax within the gallery will fix this issue?

Guys we as a company support our product as it is written. How it operates is how the developer wrote it and that is how we support it. It does not mean that in later versions of the software he might add a configurable number. However it is supported as it is now and with that said this is a code modification. Here is a link to our code mode forum and the rules associated with it.
