Sidebar issue with members galleries

Hello,

On the index page of photopost the sidebar is below the top row, the one that has Home, Search, Profile etc. in it.

But when I click on member galleries the top row shrinks, and the sidebar moves up and is top aligned.

Is this a bug or is this designed to behave this way?

If this is a bug, is there a way around it? I would like for the sidebar always to be below the top row.

Just the way it was designed. You can edit your showmembers php file and just make the include line for menubar.tmpl move it above the include for the sidebar
