Intermittant Login Issues

I have had PhotoPost Pro on my site for nearly a year now, with intermittant log in issues. A growing percentage of my forum members are having issue logging in to see the Gallery. I have tried for months to isolate the problem. Occasionally it can be fixed by clearing the cookies and logging in again, but more and more often i am un successful in getting many of my members to be able to use the gallery. What is even more odd, is that some members will be fine, and then one day out of the blue, they will not be able to log in.

I feel quite sure it is a cookie issue, however, since i do not experience the problem on any of my many computers, i cannot proplerly trouble shoot. I have my database prefix correct and the oookie path is set to the entire site. I am really at a loss as to what to do go make this work for everyone.

The site is:

It is a vBulletin / vbPortal integration.
Though we have many levels of access, Registration is all that is required to use the gallery.

I would suggest as admin you set your cookies in photopost and vbulletin like this

cookie path /

cookie prefix bb

cookie domain .learnairbrush.com

And in vbulletin?

Is the vbulletin license number also set correctly in the photopost config settings?

If your able to login fine more info would need to be given as to maybe what these trouble users see so we can make suggestions

Interesting.. I never even considered the cookies in vBulletin.. i had one set incorrectly and have made the change. So far i have many reports of the gallery working properly. Thank you so much.
