possibility of the Cookies problem

Hi,
When I login in as administrator, moderator or registered user everything worked fine from my computer, PP recognize me in all cases.
Now my photopost http://artpapa.com/gallery/index.php in the hidden mode, so only moderators can see it
But I’m already having a couple complains from my moderators:
“I was going to toy with it but there's no option for me to upload. I also noticed it recognized me as register user but it still wants me to register”
“I'm having the same problem. As I understand it, we shouldn't have to re-register. correct?”
Can you please check this possibility of the Cookies problem:

First thing I would ask is what version of Photopost do you run? You need to be running at least 5.21 to be compatible with vb 3.5 or 3.6

I would suggest you also set cookies in vb admin and photopost like this

cookie path /

cookie prefix bb

cookie domain .artpapa.com

well if you downloaded from here is is 5.5

I would suggest first you set your cookies in vb as noted and lets go from there. Obviously something is working since you have uploads there.

You can check the cookie prefix in the vb config.php file if you set the cookie path and domain as I state is your login fine? Is your vbulletin license number correctly entered in your photopost config-inc.php file? Not customer number.

Hi, since I change to:
cookie path /
cookie prefix bb
cookie domain .artpapa.com
Gallery start recognized everyone well
But I cannot getting to the Admin Control Panel it always redirect me to the logging window (inside frame) while in a mainframe I already recognized as administrator and see menus in the left column, but when I click menu that direct me to logins screen again... Actually thinks changed by itself and admin CP starts letting me in…

But there is also one more unpleasant detail:
Display Modes in the forum always by itself turned to the Threaded Mode.

Please advise what to do … how to change it back to the permanently Linear Mode?
I using Opera browser
Thank you,
Alexei

I can not answer your vb question that you might want to ask at vbulletin.

Now let me see if I understand what your trying to post. You can or can not get into admin.

As far as Photopost is concerned with vbulletin your cookies need to be exact as I posted above and match to vbulletin.

One more thing. Have you entered the correct vbulletin license number on the initial config when installing? you can edit your photopost config-inc.php file and make sure you have entered on the $vblicense line your license number for vb. This is important as thats used for the password cookie creation and authentication.
