Allow comment option

I just upgraded my board to 5.5 looks great!!
I like most of the features but would like to remove the feature that allow users to choose whether they want to have comments on their photo. (We are a discussion board and a photo without the possibility to comment on is not done). How can I remove this option from the upload page?

You can edit your uploadphoto template and remove the html for this.

You would need to change it to say this
