Watermark - Setting This Up v5.5

I would like to watermark on the fly photos. I have a png file uploaded and set the path correctly. I can get the watermark to work on uploads, but I'd like to have on the fly watermarks. From what I understand....on the fly watermarks won't actually put the .png on the pic....so if someone were to download the pic....they wouldn't also be forced to see my on the fly watermark....right?

Not sure what I need to do to make the on the fly watermark to work.

To do on the fly watermarks simply turn off the permanent watermarking in admin and turn on under image protection settings on the fly watermarks thats all you should need to do
