Photo Upload Problem

I am having problems when trying to upload photos from my new camera to my photopost.

Unaltered jpgs off my old camera are small, about 1 - 2 mb. They upload no problem.

Unaltered Jpg's off my new camera are big, 3 - 4 mb. When I try to upload them it says upload success, and then I am taken back to my personal gallery instead of the second screen that allows additional category assignment etc. My photo I uploaded is nowhere to be found.

Another user has experienced the same problem.

All usergroups with upload rights have unlimited file sizes. The maximum multimedia upload is set to 16mb. I have it set to resize large photos down to 1500px and it works on photos off my other camera.

Ideas????

I would suggest you look at your PHP settings in admin. You can place whatever you want in Photopost but at no time are we going to override your server defaults we are a PHP program and as such limited by your servers PHP settings. Now as a default PHP is limited to 2mb uploads and if you want that higher you need to alter your servers PHP settings by editing the php.ini file. I can not say whether you have access to do that or not. If you have a VDS or DEDICATED server you should otherwise you need to ask your host about server restrictions.
