How do I Add Top Level Category

Hello

when I add Add Top Level Category , The category come under other catergory and not main category.

please help

Top level categories should be fine. You talking about that full length bar thing. thats only applied to those categories you mark CONTAINS THUMBS to NO in edit categories in admin
