Need to put a Box above welcome

I need to put a Box (and use HTML in it) between Photopost nav bar and the Welcome box. www.ifsbi.org/photopost

Can someone help me and tell me how to do this?

just make a template and include it in the index.php or categorys.tmpl

Perhaps the easiest way would be to use custom1pal rename it include it and put the html you want to use inside the echo>>>ppprint and ppprint;

No problem switching names and editing the template. doing the "include" .... not familiar with it. I try copying other includes, but got some weird stuff... I just don't know what I'm doing

If you would not mind and giving a sample include for me to copy and edit, it would be much appreciated

Just do an include at the top of indexhead.tmpl like so
