Image title blends with background color
 

Right above where it says Photo Details, below the photo. How do I change that? And I know it's probably a style issue, but which CSS (eg, body, page, etc.) exactly? I either need to change the background color or the text. I'd like to know where exactly the option is for changing both.

Your vb panelsurround and tcat colors are the same thats why they are the same on that page
