Duplicate picture when process thumbnail

I have an issue when member post new picture in any section for some reason it alway created two duplicate photo?

1. Let say you submit a single photo when you click on submit than you will get this screen:

2. Under: Add Photos - Select Photos / Configure Properties

On the left it show duplicate Thumbnail photo that display the picture and Add photo is all Check. If I uncheck one of the thumbnail , than if I go to m page it will display " no thumnail but it show the picture instead. If I had both check it will show the thumnail but display duplicate photo.

Anyway option not to display duplicate when creating thumbnail? Also this will be confusing too if member post new picture it alway prompt for that. Can we disable that function off if member post new picture it should automatically create single thumbmail without selecting any option.

There should be no duplicate photo. You can post a url and test login here so we can upload.

Hi Chuck thank for your respond. For some reason everytime when I submit a photo I have to deleted one of the thumbnail so it will not show duplicate. If I don't delete than it will show both duplicate photo.

Before this never happen like that. There only 1 box for the thumbnail whenever member upload. I just login as " Angkor408" it show 2 thumbnail got the same picture and 1 thumnail that is different, eventhough I havent submit the photo yet. I have to select uncheck the thumnail that I dont want display,than it will not show duplicate. For some reason, there a cache generate on the the username and same picture which causes to show few checkbox in thumbnail. I did a scan database but didn't help. So I guess I have to manually uncheck the thumnail to show only once.

Chuck, now I try login as another account " Timmy" than it only show 1 thumbnail when I submit the same photo. I don't have to uncheck other thumbnail which avoid being duplicate. Also, under the title field I typed different name of the photo. Now the thumbnail option to seem to be correct. I just hoping that it won't show multiple thumnail again and picture again. Angkor
