ok, integration was no problem, but the theme changes in photopost, is it possible to have two different pages with the same base for users and not integrate vb and pp?

If you have integrated Photopost and vbulletin and are done and dont want the styles the same just turn off the vb3 options in edit integration settings in admin.

I had vb installed first and then Photopost. User integration did not work. Should I run the installer again?

Yes you need to install and pay careful attention to install and select all the proper info and answer the info correctly to integrate with vb3. The install script asks very specific direct things that must be answered correctly

ok i did a clean install in a new directory and will move data once this is up and running correctly. http://www.tarheelminis.org/photos/index.php
why does the bar for [Home · Search · Register] show when I have vb3 integration setup? Shouldnt it be a link to admin and such?

Everything looks good except one thing. You have either forgot to inut the correct vb3 database info on the initial config under user database or on step 4 of install you did not input the correct mysql table prefix for your forum
