Users delete own photos?

How do enable it so that users can delete their own photo uploads?

If there's a way, it's not obvious. If I'm on an administrator, I can see the "Move/Delete" option, but that's it. How do I let users delete their own without affecting anyone elses? (I've already given Registered Users the Edit option...)

If users can edit photos they edit their photo and there will be a delete photo checkbox in there

There's no "delete" checkbox displaying on the edit page, at least in my version (PhotoPost 5.5).

In admin options in admin make sure users can delete photos is yes. As the code below in editphoto template tells me explicitly you have turned off the ability to delete photos
