Stylesheet=Metal: Drop down menu white txt on white background

I have the Metal stylesheet selected.

When uploading photos, allowing users to select additional categories during upload, the drop down menu has a white font on a white background, making the contents illegible.

Please advise which css tag to edit to change the font to black.

In bulkupload.tmpl remove the background white in bold here

Thanks Chuck - however, this only takes care of the main category drop down. The additonal, or optional, categories are still white on white.

you need to replace any other reference in select boxes.
