Where would I go to edit that?

what do you mean its wrong that is a multimedia file. You can edit the language string in english.php language file in the languages directory.

$Globals['pp_lang']['video'] = "This is a video, click on the thumbnail to download";

Sorry, but that text is the link to download it, shouldn't it say "Click here to download this video"?

The wording is correct yes but your playing video's inline hense nothing to download.
