Switching Servers

I've copied all of my photopost files from our previous server over to the new server and edited all of the configuration settings.
I've double checked all of the data folder and subfolder permissions and they are all 777.
I have Imaging Integration set to GD2

However, none of my thumbnails are showing up anymore and I can't seem to rebuild them.

I tried rebuilding all thumbnails in a couple of different categories with the scan database - rebuild all thumbnails option in admin and none of them worked. Here's the message I'm getting:
Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
Now, if I try to rebuild the thumbnail manually by clicking on edit photo - rebuild thumbnail, I get this error even though it says thumbnail has been rebuilt - which it hasn't.
Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
Code:

As you can see from the shots below - permissions are all 777
Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.

I tried uploading a new image to see if the thumbnail is generated and I get the below error:

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.

I've searched through these forums for hours trying possible different solutions and one of them mentioned to remove the path to jpegtran. I've tried it with no path there and the correct path and it's still not working.

What is causing this and what do I need to edit?

Thanks,
Lianne

Did you after updating your new paths go to storage options and hit revert and save to load the new paths?

no, I didn't do that and couldn't tell from your answer if I should or not. On that page, the current settings and the default settings are the same for both the path and URL settings.
