error loading pictures

pls an hint. I am trying to upload a picture logged as admin, to my site, but I get this:

Your sayiing your data path is correct and data and the numeric directory 2 beneath it are 777?

Is safe mode off on your server?

yes sir, and in mean time i tried to look at configuration (example path and triling or ending /) but seems all ok :S i am really confused ..is working on testboard :S

hmm yeh even to me. donno why but seems that doesent like some specific jpgs :S

well thats saying that file is not a jpg file just another type someone has renamed as a jpg. Hense the issue is with that file
