What image processor are you using?
Link to your php settings?
Is your data path set to this in global options and storage options in admin?

Link to your phpinfo?
You can PM me an admin login to look at your settings but have you ftp'd to your server and set permissions accordingly to 777 AT EVERY LEVEL in data and uploads?

Hi Chuck, I was able to get the upload to work by moving the ftp'd images out of folder four and into folder 1. I still cannot zip large file though. I have changed my php.ini on the root server to 60mb.

that would indicate permissions on your directories which must be 777 at every level about zipfiles what is the issue when you try?

It acts like it is processing and then after a while returns to the upload page with no photos leaded. The permission in both the data and upload folder are set to read write and execute for all areas and 777.

Hi Chuck, as I stated earlier I have reset my php.ini on the root file of the server to 60mb, so it should not drop it.
