When using on-the-fly image generation, do you want to overlay the watermark image?
You can use this feature for on-the-fly watermarks in combination with the on-the-fly image generation.

now the thing is when someone get the url from here and post it on another domain my watermark dos't show up. Is this how it works or theres something i need to do for it

You can not post script links on external sites and have things work if this is what your trying to do.

no i mean the watermark show on the pictures in the gallery

and then when someone post it on another site the picture link it dos't show the watermark i hope i m clear?

Yes the watermark shows in a gallery but the user is posting the straight image link somewhere else I am assuming cause posting a script link on a site does not work thus there is nothing you can do about the user posting a straight link except using htaccess block your images from showing off your site
