cookies problem?

Succesfull intergrate VB with photopost.

1000 members has acces the forum and photopost without any problem.

only i got 3 members, who get this message.

"You have no stored cookies for this site"

They can login on the forum, they can post on the forum, but they can't acces the photopost.

what can i do to resolve this problem, is it the settings on my side, or the end user?

anyone an idea?

Thanks

Well never seen this error nor is it an error from our program it would seem. Ask them if they are using cookies setup to be allowed in there browser? You must use cookies with Photopost
