turn the plugin off for the featured photos and the the error will go away, then you may need to redo the featured photo variables in inc_features.php if you have updated that file with the upgrade.

We have not performed an upgrade on your site in awhile so what is the issue?

If you want to show the photo block on your forum here are the instructions

Good Morning

Hi chuck

downloaded and upgraded to 5.3.1 and lost gallery. Can't even get into admin.php or get the gallery/index.php so I removed the line $photopostfeature and also

the two includes lines in VB index, php just to remove all the errors on the top of header. I use a different data base for photopost and VB with seperate userids and passwords.

http://www.dollchatter.com/gallery/index.php

can you help
Thanks jose

Okay your first post was extremely misleading cause you said I performed your upgrade and that I know to be false since I did not. So you tried to upgrade your site and failed.

Did you follow the upgrade instructions? Also here is your gallery

http://www.dollchatter.com/gallery

Warning: main(/home/sites/dollchatter-www/gallery/languages/english.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home2/chatter/dollchatter-www/gallery/pp-inc.php on line 175

Your path in the config-inc.php file is incorrect did you move servers?

You can update this path in config-inc.php to this

$PP_PATH="/home2/chatter/dollchatter-www/gallery";

They are off for the holiday and cannot get in touch. Will change the config to what yus said. I copied everything as it was before upgrade??? and change the con-fig.php to all (What i thought were the right variables) Will try again. Are you around today for awhile. Would pay buy credit card to have someone upgrade for me??. Every thing has been running fine on new server for weeks. ?

Did you move your database when you moved servers?

Did you update your config-inc.php file with the proper database connection information when you restored the old database to the new server?

Basically moving servers you have lots of work to do not just upgrade

You have not uploaded all the new files. Upload everything except the two config files and install.php and lets see where you are

You did not upload the new files yet. You need to upload all the folders except uploads and data since those two dont have program files

You need to specify the proper path to your vbulletin in config-int.php otherwise I dont think you need to run any upgrades cause you may have been running 5.3 before.
