Rating option not showing up

I am running PHotopost 5.3 on two of my sites and I just noticed that the quick ratings buttons that used to be under a photo are no longer there. I've turned on all the options related to allow members to rate photos and enabling Quick ratings but the scaled doesn't show up. Any ideas why this isn't there anymore? Here is a link:

More than likely if you view your own photos there is no ratings bar.

The ratings are controlled by these two settings thus so have you set in edit categories permissions that they can vote/rate?
