Can't Upload Large Images!

Hi,

Although my settings are as follow:

Max allowable image width in pixels (2500)
Max allowable image height in pixels (2500)

But I can't upload an image with dimension of (1024x768) pixels!

I got a Network Error (tcp_error) after submitting the upload form!

This is a link for a sample image that I couldn't upload:

Any idea!?
