Contest Voting checking IP?
 

Does the voting in Contest category check against voter's IP?

If it checks against ip, then two members on same computer (lets say within the same family) cannot both vote.

If it does not check against ip, people can influence voting by registering new accounts.

It works by userid so number 2 would be a possibility is someone wants to register 100 email addresses.
