Put an Edit link in the Comment Moderation

When moderating comments in admin we can approve or delete comments, but not edit them without having to go to the comment and clicking on edit.

Is there an option to switch on/off the edit link in the admin's 'Moderate Comments'?

I couldn't find it and had a look in admin-misc.php at line 2718

Content visible to verified customers only.

but couldn't get it to easily accept an edit link.

There is no edit link it is approve or delete. You can edit the comment when viewing it.
