Moderate all categories except for 1 or 2

How can I set things up so that a usergroup has all of their images moderated, except when they put them in 1 or 2 particular categories that don't require moderation?

Moderation is set per usergroup not category so you would need to code hack something like this

Would this be difficult to do? Could someone do it for us? We've been so used to having it in vBGallery that we assumed it would be in Photopost Pro.
