center to 800 px rather than use 100% width

Changed the width from default of 100% to 800px. Went to admin, clicked "upload photos" and the tables seem to be problematic.

the nav bar on top is centered, the next block which is "username image upload" is centered to 800, the bottom block which is "admins options for bulk uploads is centered to 800 but all of those are centered to the two blocks inbetween which are: user file limits and extra options which are side by side and much much wider than 800 px when next to each other.

how do I make one go below the other and not side by side.

I took that template file and replaced the orig one. (i did save a backup of the original.)
However, that centered everything fine except when you open your browser, larger than 800px, those two blocks expand with the browser. Anyway to set those to say 400px each so they do not resize with the browser window?

You need to open and close your photopost with a header wrapped at 800 pixels and you can set photopost at 100% that would be the ideal way to do that.
