Who can Enable Voting and End Voting?

We have just started trying to use the Contest mode to run our photo challenges. But I found ONLY admin can enable and end voting.

The phpbb forum moderators cannot Start or End voting, neither can the Gallery moderator. This is wired.

How can I let either the Forum Moderator or the Gallery Moderator able to Start/End voting?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

To be able to administer a contest you need to be a moderator hense they need to be set to a group in the photopost usergroup editor that has moderator access

Thanks for your reply, Chuck. You mean I need to do Edit Usergroup, then give "Mod Access?" to our Forum Board Moderators.

Could you please the list of things Mod Access can do? Will they be able to access the gallery admin area? I'd like to make sure I know what exact rights were given before I give this Mod Access.

Thank you!

Yes to be a mod they must have mod access. Mod access gives them rights to approve or delete images in whatever categories you assign them and to do things like enable disable voting. They can not see or change all the important stuff like options or categories site info etc.
