Vba Gallery to Photopost

I did have vba gallery and and chuck installed photopost for me and thanks chuck its all working brilliantly atm

How do i get my images from my previous oinstalled gallery into photopost?

As stated in our emails prior to you you must find out where your vbgallery database is or if it still exists. If the database exists you can use our vbgallery to photopost import script

Anyway i can find this out?

Possibly ask your host. Your site's control panel does not allow the listing of the site database at all and nor can you install phpmyadmin it seems either. The databases are locked down.
