Any way to get the attrachemnts posted in the vb forum to be uploaded to the members album?

that way every time someone uploads an image or whatever it goes into their album

Sounds to me like your asking about a vbulletin hack that would upload the photo to photopost through vbulletins attachment feature. Nothing on the mod forum that I know of but feel free to browse the threads there.
