user group editing

I am using phpbb and photopost together and when I try to edit the user groups it will not alow me to remove or add new groups within photopost. My real problem in when a new user registers he access to the admin within photopost

you can only add groups in phpbb and resync usergroups in Photopost since your using the phpbb groups. Check your usergroup permissions and make sure your not giving admin or mod access to regular users

That was my problem, I had to disable mod access.
