Add someting to Header in all pages?

Hi there. I'm losing what's left of my hair trying to figure out how to add something to the header on all the gallery pages. I'll attach the an image to illustrate. I want to add something below the black bar that says My Photos • My Albums •*My Favorites, etc. Please...any and all help is appreciated. What file do I need to change for this to work on all pages, globally? Thanks!

add the html you wish before the closing PPPRINT; tag in the menubar template in admin edit templates
