Pictures names & Thumbnail Links & Hotlinks

Hi,

1. Can I stop showing pictures names all around the gallery?

Because some of picture names are too long and meaning-less so it'll makes my gallery looks bad

2. If you right click a thumbnail and look at its properties, you can see the thumbnail full address, and once you know the thumbnail address, you can get the full address to its original image!

Is there's a way to prevent showing the full address of the thumbnails? Can't we show the address of the thumbnail like:

http://www.domain.com/galleries/watermark.php?file=12

instead of

http://www.domain.com/galleries/data...06_gud_dif.jpg

3. Can we stop others from stealing my images (if they got the full address) and post it in different websites (Hotlinks)?

Thanks in advance

Thanks for every help

1. example? where exactly you talking
Everywhere, [Popular/Recent/ShowGallery/ShowPhoto] .. etc

Like what I said, some photo's names are too long or not meaning-full names

This will not help, as I said, click on any thumbnail and see its properties, you'll see its full path

Can I create the .htaccess file in my public_html folder so it'll cover my whole site?

1. again please show explicit example since on showphoto and showgallery we truncate the title links. I can post something for the photo thumbnail blocks

2. please post example cause everything I am looking at shows the alt as a imagename. Why not use right click disable in showphoto options to compliment watermark.php Your not going to block url to the images fully.

3. yes you can

1. again please show explicit example
Lets say for an example (Recent Photos in Index)

See the following link it'll show the path of the thumbnail in its properties (on the right side) and you can the photo's name as well (in the left side):

http://www.m500m.com/up/uploads/55218a6640.jpg

Moreover, even the moving the cursor on thumbnail, it will show the full path of the thumbnail, you can see the following link:

http://www.m500m.com/up/uploads/b3fb911cac.jpg

By the way, why some thumbnails are showing as (no thumbnail) image!

The link your posting is not a photopost page? I think your talking about what you see when you right click an image and thats your browser giving you that info. No way you can surpress that. You can use on the fly watermarks to hide the true path and you can disable right click in admin

Your second image show a direct link as well not a photo or where your talking because explicitly in a non hacked photopost install the alt text for a photo thumbnail is set to the filename nothing more.
