random images...tried searching

i wish to include random images within template edits in my vb3.6 installation

i tried searching everywhere

and i have also edited the proper inc_features.php and inc_photopost.php files

but when i try to bring up the file in my browser all i get is a blank page

what should i do now?

how do i go about getting this to work and what must i edit next, etc to get random images under my navbar, etc

all i get is featured photos stated with no pictures
