Is there an support email...

oops... wrong subject...

Here's the details...

v.5.31

Recently performed an O/S REINSTALL... Current hiarchy looks like the following

CAT1
->SUBCAT1
-->SUB-SUBCAT1

I cannot create SUB-SUBCAT2 categories... However, I can create SUBCAT2 categories... the log says that SUB-SUBCAT2 was created and no error msgs show but I don't see nothing as the admin or moderator...

Permissions shouldn't be the problem cuz SUB-SUBCAT2 can be created...

Any suggestions...

latz...

what do you mean it is not created? If it does not show on the index you sure it is not simply a matter of your catdepth setting in Admin => Index options. Try setting this to a higher number.

Being since your clearly getting errors and your own site is telling me you had a server failure and restored from backups I would highly suggest you make sure all files are new 5.31 and you run upgrade.php and run every upgrade from 5.0 forward to ensure your not missing any required fields in the database as it appears now you are missing some.
