how do i combine my vb database and pp database
 
hi there, i initially installed on 2 separate databases but wish to combine the two databases for better performance, can someone tell me the commands that i need?
linux commandlines, etc

easiest way to do this is using phpmyadmin. There is no magic command for this. There is a linux command to backup a database and restore it. However it can get complicated and if you do the wrong thing you can wipe out the database. This article explains the basics of this command

Just backup the photopost database and restore that backup to the vbulletin database. You then edit your config settings in photopost to point to the vb database and see if everything is working

so simply restoring the photopost mysql dump into the vbulletin database will just inject it into there and should be ok?

yes and then make the changes noted and then test everything before getting rid of the old photopost database
