Watermark Problems

I can't get the watermark function to work. I am attempting to use a JPEG image and I'm pretty sire that I have the path correct.

Thanks in advance,
Michael

To watermark files it must be a png image if using GD2 or gif or jpg using Imagemagick as the processor not JPEG.

gif images can not be watermarked with gd2 only png or jpg images. You can do this permanent or on the fly where it preserves the original

Now using imagemagick you can watermark png gif and jpg images although its permanent

I like on the fly since it does not destroy the original

If you did permanent watermarking and then later turn on on the fly you will have two watermarks since the original image is already permanently watermarked

You either set permanent watermarking in watermark options to yes or turn that off and use on the fly not both
