Thumbnails On Categories

How do i generate thumbnails for the category listings - i have done this int hepast and can't for the life of me find where this is done B=0

Open the image you want to use as a category thumbnail and click 'Make Index Thumb'

Works for me... :) (is you're logged in as admin..)
